Hello there! Welcome to my blog.My name is Katherine Perrin and I am a public relations post graduate student at Niagara College. I currently work for the Niagara College Alumni Foundation, the Sales Talent Agency and I volunteer for the YWCA Niagara Region.
Throughout my marketing and communications journey I have gained valuable experience through my education, extra- curricular activities, internships, and related industry work. My strengths lie in my creative approach, the passion I possess for marketing and communications and my attention to detail.
Right now the marketing industry is taking a huge shift from targeting baby boomers to targeting the millennial generation. So, how do we attract them? What marketing methods are going to work well? What doesn't work anymore? This blog will provide advice on marketing techniques that will connect, entertain and interest this new, but not quite figured out target market. After all, I am and will always be a millennial- I know who we are, what we like and how to reach us.

ReplyDeleteI love the look of your blog. Nice work! Isn't it funny that Generation X seems to have been skipped? Am I wrong? At any rate, I am really interested in reading your blog and learning more about the Millennial/Gen Y demographic. Thanks for blogging about such an interesting topic.
